Remove your property from this site

If a page here shows your home and you want it gone, we will remove it. Here is how, and how to remove it from the source data too.

Removing it from this site

Email [email protected] with the property address and postcode. We remove the listing within 10 working days and confirm by reply. We may ask for something that shows a connection to the property, to stop third parties removing records that are not theirs.

Removing it at the source

Our data comes from the government’s energy certificate service, so a removal here does not remove the record from the official register or from other websites that republish it. To opt out at the source, use the official service’s opt-out: search for your certificate at gov.uk/find-energy-certificate and follow its option to remove the certificate from public view, or contact [email protected]. Once the source record is withdrawn, it drops out of our monthly data refresh automatically.

Corrections

If a certificate’s details are wrong, the correction has to happen at the official register through the assessor or scheme that issued it; we cannot edit certificate contents. If our copy differs from the official record, tell us and we will fix it.
